Inclosed is a photo of Ed Cobb's S.F. Bay Pelican , built by Bob Guess , on a nice day on the Lafayette River in Norfolk ,Va. at the annual raft-up . My modified pelican is soon to be finished , just needs a little more epoxy , paint and a rig, plus a trailer. Racing the weather now.
